FirewallD Initial setup

Hi, I’m new to FirewallD so I am doubtful about initial setup.

  • does it work right after installation or do I have to do something?

  • there is an option: “Apply rules to interfaces:…” and neither option is selected, should I select eth0? (I use Virtualmin and Debian 9 only to Host Website)

  • why there is the “Save” link to Confirm this option? Was not it enough Apply Configuration?

Hi,

The new installer should setup FirewallD with a set of rules which are designed for Virtualmin out of the box.
