Filesystem backup + Email transfer

Hello!
I have two questions:
1st:
I need just one information about configuration, backup filesystem!
Only /home and two additional folders /backUp-Clients and /backUp-Modules excluded from backup.
How to I do ti?

2nd:
I need to transfer an virtual server from old to new VPS, but only emails. Can I just zip /homes folder and unzip it on new vps?

No. That’s not how one migrates mailboxes from one server to another. The old virtual server has users created under it, so just copying over the directory to the new virtual server will not suffice.
