File manager: some files show some don't

Hi,

I have an issue on Webmin 2.013 on Rocky 9.1 x64: user developer logs in as unix user root and in file manager in folder X he sees only some files and some files he does not see/list.
When I check permissions there is no difference in between files that show and files that don’t show. I removed all extended ACL’s with setfacl -Rb X/ but there is no difference.

Any tips?
