File Manager - An upload problem

Ok I admit I’m new to File Manager (I usually use FileZilla to upload files - but thought why not give it a go)

It is a nice new VS showing the default index.html page with https.

I go to File Manager -> File -> upload to current directory

— and nothing happens

I was expecting a box to appear into which I could drag and drop my file. Or am I wrong and I should be looking for some setting?

I see this when clicking ‘upload to current directory’

may be worth opening the browser console & look for errors there … you never know

Thanks - that was exactly what I was expecting
No errors in the browser - I’m normally on Chrome but same on Firefox.
Uploads are from Windows 10 machine (File Explorer) ( best available here.

I guess this is one for Ilia to look at … but I would doubt the source source machine would make a difference … that said I don’t use Windoze so maybe this is a Windoze issue but I can confirm it works fine with a linux client

Ok folks no longer a problem.

I resorted to the old fashioned fix-all → take a sledge hammer to it. Rebooted my PC. Perhaps it was something else I did today I know not what - but a Chrome reboot seemed to do the trick.

I successful file upload and unzipped ok
Simpe! I may be parking Filezilla for some time this worked so well.
