I recently setup new server and virtualmin. after install wordpress through script. the website is not open just download a file. this is my domain name https://www.grouptoall.com
What php execution mode are you using? It should be PHP-FPM.
Also post the relevant apace / Nginx web server, so we can be certain we are recommending the correct solution to you.
