New install on hosted Cloud Server from directspace.net, I SSH in and use the link:
wget -O install.sh http://software.virtualmin.com/cgi-bin/install.cgi?serial=x&key=yY; /bin/sh install.sh
Link from download page has x and y filled in with my serial and key.

How do I fix this, I searched for this error 38, and did not find anything on it.
