Failed Ubuntu 18 update

SYSTEM INFORMATION
OS type and version Ubuntu 18.04
Webmin version 2.100

I am planning on upgrading to Ubuntu 20.04 over the holidays but it seems wise to update to the latest Ubuntu 18 first. But that update has been failing for a while, with this error on whatever package it’s trying to upgrade:

Err:133 Index of /infra/ubuntu/ bionic-infra-security/main amd64 ruby2.5-doc all 2.5.1-1ubuntu1.16+esm1
401 Unauthorized [IP: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx 443]

I am guessing that the location of the respository has changed. What to change it to, and where to do it in Webmin?

Thanks.

Seems 18 is out of ‘free’ support and you have to ‘go pro’ for updates.
“What are your options?
You can either migrate to the next LTS or upgrade to Ubuntu Pro to expand your security maintenance.”

That’s not a Webmin question. We don’t maintain your OS repos.

But, there are mirrors of the Ubuntu repos that are still active. I usually use http://mirrors.kernel.org/
