this ip requires login and because it does not work you cannot download the installation package.

It does not require login for the gpl path. I don’t know why/how you’re getting that error. I just tested, and can download without authenticating.

I managed to upgrade but I had to manually download the files and upgrade from the command line.

Do you have old auth information from a Pro installation that was downgraded to GPL? It may be trying to authenticate to the site that doesn’t require auth. I’m not sure why that’d prevent it from working though…
