Failed to send mail: SMTP command failed

Hello everyone i installed virtualmin but when i try to send an email using usermin i always have an error that tells me Failed to send mail: SMTP command failed: I need help it’s been a week since I’m looking for a solution that can not be found.

Hello my dear friend, bit more info is probably needed but firstly could you see what port your using for smtp, if 25 try changing it to 587 and try again.

Really hope this solves your problem.

Kind regards.

Welshman.

Bit confused, your other post says fixed?

What email client are you using, have you tried other than using Usermin.

Hi, have you tried setting up the account in a client like Outlook, Thunderbird etc and if it works?

If it does you might want to look here https://www.virtualmin.com/node/65253

What did you do anyway at the time when it stopped working?

Also in the Postfix config area / SMTP Authentication And Encryption mine looks like this …
