Can someone please assist me? trying to create a new email address for a user I get the following error when creating the user.

Yes of course I searched for it the user doesn’t exist yet it says it does

Well, firstly, I would go and check with cat /etc/passwd | grep info

Found it in passwd do I just edit the file?

I just edited passwd. And the removed it there it’s working now so weird have never had this issue.
