Failed to create virtual server : setquota: Mountpoint

Trying to create a new virtual webserver and i get this error when running the creation wizard:
Failed to create virtual server : setquota: Mountpoint (or device) / not found or has no quota enabled. setquota: Not all specified mountpoints are using quota.

It did work as it has 3 webservers running although it is quite old, is there anything I can do to get this working and creating the new website?

If you don’t have disk quota support on the filesystem where /home resides, you can’t use quotas in Virtualmin.

Re-check configuration should disable quotas.
