Never had a issue, did you create the DB via virtualmin? Also your using a old OS, its not A grade system.

This version of OS is the only supported in hostinger with virtualmin/LAMP
For future reference: I’d recommend you start with a freshly installed supported OS and install Virtualmin yourself using our install script. It only takes a few minutes and has very little chance of failure.
It’s cool and all that they offer a Virtualmin image, but you should choose a newer OS over that convenience. It is really not difficult to install Virtualmin.
