External provider can’t access to my website. They told me :
“We still do not have access; Please check if your server has blocked our IP or is blocking external IPs. You can also add us as partners on your server so that we can access it.”
How can I do this please ?

That sounds like “please let us spam your site”.
Who exactly is this “external provider”?
Why do they need access?
What do they want access to do with your website?
Were they invited by you?
Well it looks like they got banned, and I’m looking for a way to whitelist them or give them access?
It’s a module developer who needs to apply some modifications. Looks like they got banned.
You must have given them the wrong credentials to access whatever service they need to access, beware that some windows parteners dont understand how linux works or just try to connect through windows software that won’t work out of the box. Work out where file2ban banned them and add them to that jails white list through the webmin fail2ban module and making sure you restart fail2ban after making changes
Is there a way to see if they are banned in first? I don’t see anything in Fail2Ban but maybe i’m not looking at the right place.
Look in /var/log/fail2ban.log for their ip this should give you the fail2ban jail that banned them
