Are you using the GPL or Pro version of Virtualmin?
The installer for the GPL version doesn’t support Suse, unfortunately.
It sounds like the problem you’re having is that suexec is compiled for a different location than what Virtualmin uses for home directories.
You can solve that by:
Disabling suexec
Recompile suexec to use /home as it’s path, rather than /srv/www
