Error when logging in on :10000

When connecting to a certain domain on :10000, the below message turns up on the screen

HTTP/1.0 500 Perl execution failed Server: MiniServ Date: Tue, 15 Jul 2025 09:22:15 GMT Content-type: text/html; Charset=utf-8 Connection: close
Error — Perl execution failed
Undefined subroutine &main::ui_tag_start called at /usr/share/webmin/authentic-theme/login-lib-funcs.pl line 83.

This only happens on this particular domain, not on the others. How come?
