ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS When trying to acces Wp-admin on fresh wordpress install

I searched through this form and saw several other posts regarding this error but tried all of their solutions with no luck.

I just installed a new Wordpress using install scripts. I tried it both on a sub-server and a top-level server and got the same error.

The WordPress blog itself appears fine but can not access the wp-admin page without this error. ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

Any thoughts on how to fix this?

OS type and version 22.04 ubuntu
Virtualmin version 7.5

Solved myself:

if you have cloudflare try this

cloudflare dashboard

tab ssl/tls
change from flexible to full
