Thanks! I think we should also re-do the lock icon. I will take a look at it too.

This thread is so much more awesome to see than the years I spent upvoting requests over on cPanel only to see completely irrelevant ā€œFeaturesā€ be rolled out with little warning. Every day I think I love Virtualmin more and more

FYI, the next release of Webmin will allow PHP versions to be managed in the PHP Configuration module.

I know this is an old thread, but I am looking forward to this one.

I’ve believe that PHP management is something that causes a lot of angst, especially from those new to Virtualmin. My suggestion is something like the page at ā€˜Virtualmin / Web Configuration / PHP Options / PHP information’ be modified to be an active page that showed both what was installed and what was available. It would facilitate the installation and removal of PHP versions and modules with the click of a mouse. I’ve uploaded a static mock-up to this post to show what I mean. (I’ve never added an image to a post, so apologies if it doesn’t appear.)

One could click a PHP version to either install or uninstall it. Similarly the modules could be clicked on to either add or remove them, with the module name moving between the ā€˜Available’ or ā€˜Installed’ tables accordingly. This also has the advantage of retaining a similar look and feel to the PHP area.

This isn’t original of course, as I’ve seen something similar elsewhere. However it would be a good fit to the existing GUI layout.
