How to enable the Wizard option “Run email domain lookup server” after the wizard has finished?

For this to appear on the wizard, spam filtering feature on System Settings ⇾ Features and Plugins page must be re-enabled first.
Also, what is the “lookup daemon”?
It’s a background process for getting user details for faster mail processing.
