After installing Virtuamin on ubuntu 22, I created virtual server
now moved to virtualmin, dns records
Obtained on the records and used them to update my domain dns and mx records

If you type your email in ALL CAPS like you have your message on this forum, your email will go straight to spam for this reason alone.

First, your VPS is completely new and even though you have fully configured SPF DKIM DMARC and even PTR Record have been configured successfully. Next, you tried sending an email through mail-tester and everything said that you were PASS and when you sent an email to any gmail address, it was immediately moved to the spam box.

What you need to do now is check the existing Public IP on the VPS to see if it is marked as Spam IP or not? Iām sure it will be reported by some units as being on the spam list.
Next, do you still send a test email to outlook/office 365 and see if this situation still occurs? If it still happens, mark the email you sent to test first as NOT SPAM and then send many different emails to test again.
Similar to gmail. Please mark the email as not spam and try sending again. If it still doesnāt work, I think you should refer and fill in more information here, the rest is for Google to solve itself.
If things are still not going your way and you want to fix this situation even faster >> the only option is to buy mail relay service from a third party provider to configure >> 100% email will get right where it needs to go, which is the inbox.
You can refer to smtp2goās mail relay service with 1000 emails/month for free and perform configuration. I had previously done the configuration on Virtualmin and it worked great.

Yes i checked both gmail and office365 it goes junk. I marked as not spam as you directed, it only respected the particular email id, when i tested with other email ids, it goes junk.
Mail services like roundcube and proton mail are going inbox.

If I remember correctly, I used to use Google Workspace before and my emails when sent went to the spam box. A couple of times I sought help from Google and followed the instructions with the link I sent below. on https://postmaster.google.com/ and Office 365 too, if possible, enter the postmaster request from their provider
