email not working for Virtual Servers with email enabled after initial setup

My email in general is working, i have a user set up (left default features enabled at setup time) and can pop/imap/webmail in.
then i have a user which i initially disabled all features except DNS and website setup. Later i went in and enabled email.

now i cant login with webmail (roundcube), and when i send messages to it, they bounce.

HOWEVER, i can SEND email through the webmin interface, but of course not receive because it bounces.

i have checked the DNS entry and confirm they are the same as the one that works.
I have enabled all the “features” possible.

really confused here, what could i be missing?


i dont know what it was, but i enabled all features on another one and it works. something must have gone funny with enabling and disabling to much in the setup.
