Email is full? Or the User is full?

My “default” email is full, but it isn’t. Or the user is, whatever…

It says the email that comes with the domain, the undeletable default one in my case it’s seanfrohman@seanfrohman.com in someone else’s it would be someone@someone.com etc

It says the USER has a 1 GB limit, and is using 1.14 of it. I checked the default mail (never been in there before) and it had 2 bounced emails. So WHY is the default account so big?

P.S. and BONUS - Why does my ROOT folder take up 18GB of my server when it is UNUSED, and it just GROWS for nothing. Thanks 2wice.

Look in Virtualmin → Administrative Options → Disk Usage for a breakup of how the disk quota is being used.
