Email Delivery Issues

Hello Support,

I am not able to send emails using the Roundcube or usermin interface to GMAIL ID’s
whereas other email ids i am able to send email.

Here is the bounce back email error :

Howdy,

It looks like Gmail is classifying your email as spam. My suggestion would be to review the link Gmail provided regarding the issue – that link contains a few ideas as to what can cause the problem you’re seeing.

One issue in particular is that you may want to verify that your server’s IP address isn’t listed on any RBL/black hole lists, as that can cause the problem you’re seeing.

I recall something to do with SPF or DKIM.
i had this problem in the past, but unfortunately, I do not recall the fix.
Sending from the same account via webmail resulted in 550 rejects and sending from plain Outlook worked.

Hello support,

I tried everything but it did not workout, the reason being my rackspace server location was in hong kong and probably the IP address was being blocked by google servers.

I was able to send email to all other domains like yahoo, hotmail and yandex without any issues…

Then I deleted the hong kong server and created a new Chicago US based server with same configuration and tested, worked like a charm,

So lesson learnt never host in hkg server,
