We need to see the relevant maillog/mail.log entries, or the relevant journal entries (the postfix unit is probably the relevant one).
e.g. start a tail on the postfix log:
journalctl -fu postfix
And, then try to send mail. See what happens in the log. Show us what happens in the log if you don’t understand it (don’t post a million lines…we probably just need to see the two or three entries that appear right when you try to send mail).
What about: Just one domain, 2 email clients in that same domain, send email between them from client1@domain to client2@domain ?

Is there a mail.log? It doesn’t look like it is logging to the journal.

I have a remark I send a lot of emails but only the emails with the same domain which comes out of the email but it does not reach the email I receive an error message that the recipient is not found

The tests with port tester above tests for incoming, not outgoing - which is why you are able to receive but not send.
Vultr blocks a certain number of ports outgoing and you need to open a ticket with them to get it unblocked.

Vultr has never blocked smtp port on any VPS i’ve setup with them and I’ve installed alot for testing.
I’m very surprised to see that page.
Maybe they talking about the server itself rather then there firewall, virtualmin install will open that port.
Older accounts don’t have this initial block, same as with old Digital ocean accounts and so on. It’s a newer thing, but still applies on network level, not server.
Really, I better do some testing.
Like I said in my message, this is INCOMING, not for the outgoing part. Contact Vultr, they are the only ones that can help you.

- As mentioned above, this does not appear to be a stack issue but more a connectivity issue. This means your email will work fine if you put the server on the internet properly.
- Stupid question, do you have your DNS and Gateway setup in your network card: Webmin → Networkin → Network Configuration → (routing and gateways | Hostname and DNS client)
- disable DNNSEC on all of your servers and see if things work. A failed DNSSEC chain will always deliver a NXDOMAIN response.
