I am experiencing a critical problem with Virtualmin .
For one specific virtual server , the Edit Users page fails to load. The page keeps spinning and eventually stops without rendering the user list.
help plz!
i assume you are logged in as root or the Server's Admin
First thing I’d do is upgrade to the latest version.

Do the servers logs provide any clue? Have you tried another web browser? Not likely a browser problem if it works for other servers, but… stranger has happened.

I found something interesting that may help diagnose the issue:
When I open the page using
ip:10000/virtual-server/list_users.cgi?dom=xxxxxxxxx&xnavigation=0 the page loads.
When I use ip:10000/virtual-server/list_users.cgi?dom=xxxxxxxxx&xnavigation=1 the page hangs indefinitely.
So the issue seems related to the navigation renderer, not the domain file, not the browser, and not the Virtualmin version.
yeap as root!!
I should also mention that this issue started immediately after updating Webmin/Virtualmin.
You updated to an old version?
If you manually restart Webmin using systemctl restart webmin, and try an incognito or private tab, do you get the same issue?
