Edit Mail and FTP Users

Hi all
When I create new user from “Edit mail and FTP Users” I’ll have two user: user@domain and user-domain
My first question is: why this happen?
And how to solve the mailbox location problem cos Devecot can’t find the mailbox folder for those user where is it:
/var/mail/user-domain???

And, as for Dovecot, switch to Maildir mail spool format stored in $HOME/Maildir in your delivery agent and for POP/IMAP, and all will be well. Dovecot is looking in the wrong spool for mail, but with Maildir, the spool is always the same (because the home is always the same).
