Edit Mail and FTP Users, get error thrown?

Hey guys so when i click Edit Mail and FTP Users under the only account i have on Virtualmin it throws me this error:

DBI connect failed : Access denied for user ‘root’@‘localhost’ (using password: YES)

Any idea of why it would do that?
