i don’ create new email user in virtualhost

message is :
"Error
Failed to lock file /etc/aliases after 5 minutes. Last error was : "

Any idea how to remove the error?

Are there any .lock files in /etc… in particular, one for the /etc/aliases file?

You can determine that with this command:

ls -a /etc/*.lock
