Is there a way to view the template file that generates the Domain Welcome Page for a virtual server?
I’m trying to customize the Domain Welcome Page and am hitting a wall.
I’ve found posts that instruct one to create a custom index.html file and place it in the defined “skel” directory if one wants to have a custom domain welcome page, which I’ve done, and is working as indicated.
I’ve also found where the template variable “short codes” are listed, and have tried to use them within the template, but to no avail.
No matter how I’ve tried to apply the “short codes” in the index.html file they do not return the value they reference, just the verbatim shortcode (eg. {$DOM} )?
I wanted to see how they were implemented in the original template so I could apply them in the same manner in my custom file.
