When transferring a domain from RHEL 8 to either 8 or 9, with a WordPress site using the top level domain database - ie, not domain_wordpress, wp_domain or whatever, the newly created domain on the recipient server is not getting the correct password, probably as I have the passwords set to encrypted and VMin may want to create the database with a new random password.
Now that I have found the problem, I can work around it by resetting the database password, so this is just an FYI report.
