I have installed centos on another system that I have and it started up nicely.
As with all new installations, I entered a host name and changed the network ip address, and the installation completed successfully as I can log into the server using putty from another system.
My question is whether I should perform the program and file changes, such as those presented e.g. on the perfect server website, before I install virtualmin to attain a correctly working server?
Howdy,
Once you perform a fresh install of CentOS, if your hostname and IP address are all setup, and you can login over SSH – there isn’t anything else you need to do in order to be able to run the Virtualmin install.sh script.
