DKIM private key

Operating system:
OS version:

I am trying to send mail with the PHPlist software.
The test emails I send are rejected by the recipient probably because the DKIM signature is missing.

I don’t understand the reason why the signature is not inserted, since the signature is present in the mails sent by Thunderbird.

I would need to know the location of the private signature file in order to put it in the PHPlist configuration file.

You can help me?
Thank you

@mgrvmin,

Is phplist using the “mail” function or an SMTP connection?

If the former, this would explain the lack of DKIM signing.

On my Debian Virtualmin, it is at /etc/dkim.key

@mgrvmin,

If PHPList is setup to use SMTP, the SMTP server if configured correctly would automatically sign the mail with DKIM.

Sorry, it was my configuration error. I solved. Thanks for your answers.

@mgrvmin,

Would you explain what you changed to fix the problem?

The configuration problem was with PHPlist. I had mistakenly entered an incorrect email address. I simply corrected the email address in the PHPlist configuration file. I thank the Italian provider Aruba.it who took note of the problem.
