Disable the php functions

Hello. On the server I am running the (invision power board) and it has given me the following admin message. How can I disable the php functions?

Hi all I will be running WordPress and Joomla websites on my Virtualmin server. You can confirm the disabled function after editing the line in the phpinfo

edit each of the php versions, I found them in the unused modules on webmin
