So i own three domain names, they are all pointing to the public IP that has virtualmin. I ahve three virtual server in Virtualmin for each domain. One has media wiki script, the other has WordPress and one is just a two page HTML site.
Each site has DNS managed by cloud flare, all the same A records are applied to each. I have successfully set up Lets encrypt on them all.
ISSUE: Each site shows a different “Verified by” when you check the site’s certificate. One shows lets encrypt, the other shows Cloudflare INC, and the third show Google Identity services.
