I don’t think I received an email that my Virtualmin Pro subscription had expired… I have renewed it now but wonder if it would be possible to get the system to email us when it’s due to expire (or maybe just PM us on the forum as we’ll get an email for that).
I buy the sub to help the team but use the standard GPL version so wouldn’t have been notified by the server (if that’s what usually happens).
As a side note, I strongly encourage other users of the GPL version to do the same. Virtualmin support is some of the best support I have seen in the tech space so well worth it
