Is it possible to have a deny sender email address or aliases like the spam-trap or ham-trap ones but for denying senders?

You want to reject email from someone@somedomain.com entering your server?
Or from someone@yourserverdomain.com from leaving your server?

If you turn on the feature you can forward spam to spamtrap@yourdomain.com

Is there something like denysender@yourdomain.com to deny the sender?
