Hi
I have checked the ‘show delete all mail button’ on usermin for different users and domains, but one never appears?
It seems other folk have the same issue but they don’t appear to be resolved. Am I missing something here?

I don’t quite understand what you are saying can you rephrase the problem
But I think it only shows when there is something to delete 
Really? issues usually get resolved quite quickly. can you quote one here to emphasise it being outstanding ?
This appears to be usermin related and not the read mail module
Which is why my screenshot was of the Usermin -> Mail Preferences (are there any other?)
no you are right … however I don’t see the button to delete the mailbox contents also, can you show us where it is ?
Ah? It may have changed - moved to - linked to the button/settings in Usermin -> Manage Folders where you have a button “auto clearing” which sets the timing and destination of cleared/deleted mail 
But will need to test - I use Roundcube not Usermin most of the time.
Is this to delete the mailbox or empty the inbox?
