DBI connect failed : Lost connection to MySQL server at 'reading authorization packet', system error: 95

OS version: Ubuntu Linux 18.04.6

Mysql server module indicated there was a perl module missing and recommend to install. Once installed this is the message that I recieve when I click on Mysql server. I have rebooted the system however still same error when trying to access mysql server under webmin. Any assistance with this would be much appreciated.

So I redid the "Re-run Install ran Wizard under virtual min and Changed the mysql password and then rechecked configuration. Went back to webmin and mysql server and now its working. Very odd. But the issue is resolved fore now.
