Database size in Virtualmin->Server->Administration Options->Disk Usage

The “Size of Databases” in this section is 392.31MiB, while the website is almost empty.
My website is built by Joomla. I cloned it from a production website and deleted all of the contents and modules. From phpmyadmin, I export the database’s .sql file, it is only around 5MB, so why is “Size of Databases” so big?

It’s a bit hard to just guess, I’d have to see the contents of the database and/or the SQL file.
