Database connection error

Hi, by a mistake, I did uninstalled wordpress script installed on one of my virtual servers @ webmin. n when i tried to install it again, i got this error below, although everything was working ok before uninstalling. I also tried to delete old database and created new one, but same error goes on.

So what do you thing is the problem ?

Error:
Database connection failed : mysql::execute_sql failed : DBI connect failed : Access denied for user ‘user’@‘localhost’ (using password: YES)
