In my webmin (v 1.941) the dashboard show me another os as installed! First time!
I have a “Ubuntu 20.04” installed, but show me “Debian Linux 11.0”.
Any idea whats going on?

This will be fixed in upcoming Webmin 1.950. Meanwhile, you could adjust it manually on Webmin / Webmin Configuration / Operating System and Environment page:
