Having this issue when creating MySQL login, Do old solution still works on this

Use a complex password and see if the issue persists.

Probably need to find what those requirements are or lower the requirements.
It may need special characters.

already made the requirement default issue still exist.

already done it 16 length lower, upper, symbols with number still same.
