We have several domains and websites on our system. When we create a new virtual server with Let’s Encrypt the SSL certificates are mixed up. The https connection became unsecure on the old domains. The details shows that the old domains try to use the new certificate for the new domain. Somehow the certificates become mixed.
When we comment out the ssl_certificate and ssl_certificate_key directives in the new nginx virtual server conf the https connection works for the old domain except for the new one…
