Create backup of postgreSQL Database

Hi, I have a database on a PostgreSQL server and I can’t backup it.
I have four other virtual servers that work with a MySQL server and they backup without any problems. Is it possible to fix this? Thanks!

Well, I got a copy with a template, creating a new database. But I can’t generate it automatically.
