I am Migrating Cpanel backups into Virtualmin, but DNS entries for Google Email are not coming through.
Perhaps this is due to having mail enabled on the server template?

Hmm, I’m not entirely certain I understand the problem you’re having… can you explain the issue you’re having in more detail?
I’ll offer that if you’re hosting email accounts for a given domain over at Google, then you wouldn’t want to enable the “Mail for Domain” feature.
If Mail for Domain is enabled, that tells Postfix that it should try to deliver those messages locally, regardless of what the MX record is set to.
