When importing cpanel accounts with domain.org.uk and then domain.org only one domain gets SSL options. One seems to become a parent.
Is it best to split them into separate instances? I have tried adding the list of separate domains to Lets Encrypt but that hasnt worked - SSL is issed but doesnt work for the child domain/virtualserver
Any pointers welcome:)
