Copy and Paste system info not showing Webmin - Is this a bug?

I’m not seeing Webmin anymore when I paste.

Does this issue happen in a private tab when all browser extensions are turned off?

regular and private alike.
only using adblocking extensions which are always disabled for virtualmin urls.

Ok, but its the pasting info (for the forum) that’s the issue not the dashboard.
Also using firefox.

I’m having a really hard time reproducing it—it works for me in Brave, Firefox, and Safari.

Could someone create a test login for me?

Which was it, forum or virtualmin, my OCD compels me to ask😁

It would actually affect both!

But I’m still trying to figure out what is wrong!

I’ve had to put it off for a while because I couldn’t figure it out quickly. I’ll update this ticket with progress a little later, once I wrap my head around the issue.

what does forum have to do with this? just curious, because clipboard doesn’t care if you’re pasting to a forum, office doc, pad, or terminal… same clipboard data to paste anywhere.
issue i see, is that the copy button in virtualmin, doesn’t copy webmin info into clipboard. (not much of a deal.., tbh never really used it till today.. )

Alright, it’s fixed now, though it was way more complicated to figure out than it seemed at first.

Anyway, we will fix it in the upcoming Webmin 2.520 release.
