Contact information on frontpage

Hello,

I use the Webserver from webmin. Emails to the German Provider Cannot be sent, as Telekom requires this on the homepage of the IP, or on the email server frontpage contact options can be found.

Is it possible to customize the theme of Webmin or Usermin?
It might be possible to customize the HELO message.
