Configure AWS Lightsail to use Webmin Bind DNS

I have Webmin/Virtualmin installed and working on AWS Lightsail.

In Lightsail - Networking I created a Global DNS zone in order to get nameservers and then attached A records to my staticIP and MX records to my domain name.

However I cannot figure out how to use Webmin’s Bind DNS server instead of the Lightsail Global DNS records.

On my Webmin dashboard “System hostname” I have the correct host.mydomain.com and (Lightsail private IP address)

Any configuration help would be appreciated to help me recognize and use Webmin’s Bind DNS.
