Our Cloudmin 100 license expires today, so I’ve just come on to renew it. However, for some reason I’ve managed to purchase a new license instead (sorry!).
Could someone please credit my account and transfer this over to a renewal of the existing license instead of a totally new license.
Could you open a new support request though (using the “Support” link above), and ask that same question? Then, we can work with Jamie to get that sorted out. What we’ll do is refund your purchase, and you can then purchase the renewal.
