is virtualmin still not able to work with cloudlinx? …in the past i know virtualmin was not able o work with cloudlinux…is this still the case?
We support the operating systems listed on our Grade A supported OS list. OS Support | Virtualmin — Open Source Web Hosting Control Panel
Cloudlinux is not Open Source, so we are very unlikely to ever support it. There’s no need to keep asking about it.
Also, I should point out “not able to work with Cloudlinux” has never been true. If Cloudlinux is compatible with Enterprise Linux systems, as it claims to be, Virtualmin will work on it. But we can’t really support you in that endeavor, as it is not a Grade A supported OS and very likely never will be and I’m not going to install it to try to test/solve any problems that occur.
cloudlinux is almalinux…i know there were points of CL wouldn’t work with you guys…i was curious if that was still the case…seems like it is.
Will it work if you run the virtualmin-install.sh
with the --unstable
param?
no idea..i just sent you folks a pm though about some new api’s CL has provided though.
It should work; I remember making it work in the past.
